Bleeding Edge Art – Image License Agreement

1. Definitions
1.1. “Bleeding Edge Art”: Refers to the website, Bleeding Edge Art, where AI-generated images are made available for download and use.
1.2. “AI Images”: Refers to images that are generated using artificial intelligence algorithms and made available on Bleeding Edge Art.
1.3. “User” or “You”: Refers to any individual or entity accessing and using AI Images provided by Bleeding Edge Art.
2. License Grant
2.1. Bleeding Edge Art grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use, modify, and reproduce the AI Images for both personal and commercial purposes.
2.2. You may not sublicense, sell, share, or distribute the AI Images as standalone files or part of any other stock image collection or online gallery.
3. Copyright and Trademarks
3.1. Use of these images is provided without copyright or trademark.
3.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of AI Images does not infringe on any copyright or trademark rights of third parties. Bleeding Edge Art assumes no liability for any such infringement.
4. Trademark Limitations
4.1. AI Images provided by Bleeding Edge Art cannot be trademarked. They are intended for creative use but AI generated images cannot be registered as trademarks or copyrighted.
5. No Warranty
5.1. AI Images are provided on an “as-is” basis. Bleeding Edge Art makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the AI Images.
6. Liability
6.1. Bleeding Edge Art shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use AI Images.
7. Termination
7.1. Bleeding Edge Art reserves the right to terminate or suspend this license agreement at any time without notice if you breach any of its terms.
8. Governing Law
8.1. This license agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By downloading and using AI Images from Bleeding Edge Art, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this license agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not download or use AI Images from the website.
